🛒 Order Cancellation & Modification
Before Shipping
You may cancel or modify your order at any time before it ships.

PayPal or Credit Card Payments: A 5% handling fee will be deducted to cover payment processing costs.

Confirmed Payments: A 5–10% fee may apply depending on your payment provider’s fee structure.
After Shipping
If your order has already been shipped but is still in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll attempt to recall the shipment, but recall success is not guaranteed.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please contact us via email at support@modcols.com before sending back any items.

Unauthorized returns without prior approval will be refused.
🙋 Returns for Personal Reasons
If you're returning an item due to personal preference (e.g. changed your mind, don’t like the product):

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
-
Items must be properly packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
Any damage caused by poor packaging is the buyer’s responsibility.
⚠️ Returns for Defects
If your item is defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery:

We’ll provide a return label and send you a replacement item.

If you prefer a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
🧰 Custom Orders

Custom orders become non-refundable once production materials or parts have been ordered.

If production has already begun, a 50% restocking fee will be applied upon cancellation.

Delays in production do not qualify for cancellation or refund.
🔧 Installation & Assembly

Once a product has been installed, it is considered accepted, unless it is proven defective.

If you experience issues during assembly, please email support@modcols.com within 7 days with clear photos.
If the item is confirmed defective:

We will provide a return label and send a replacement.
Note:
Items that have been installed, painted, modified, scratched, or cracked cannot be returned.
Items with double-sided tape can only be returned if the protective film remains intact.
📦 Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged, do not install it.

Contact us within 7 days and include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We will provide a replacement and assist in filing a shipping damage claim.
If you choose a refund instead of a replacement, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
Important: We are unable to file damage claims for products that have already been installed.
🔄 Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or an item is missing, contact us at support@modcols.com within 7 days.

Include your order number and photos of the item you received.

We’ll provide a return label and send the correct item at no extra cost.
Please inspect the product before installation. Installed items are not eligible for return or replacement.
📮 Lost Packages

Check your tracking number regularly.

If your package is delayed more than 7 business days, contact us immediately.

If there is no tracking update for more than 3 weeks, we will initiate a lost package claim.
If your shipping address is incorrect, notify us as soon as possible to avoid delivery failure.
📍 Return Address
We operate from multiple warehouses.
Before returning an item, please contact us to get the correct return address.
Returns sent to the wrong warehouse may be refused or delayed.
🌍 International Orders

MODCOLS does not cover VAT, GST, customs duties, or any local import taxes.

Please confirm your country's import policies before placing your order.

If the package is returned or destroyed due to customs clearance failure, the buyer will be responsible for all associated costs and losses.
